Zásady vrácení peněz

Refund policy

All TrapWin products are digital downloads (ZIP files) delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been made available, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content starts immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

We will always help if:

• a download link does not work or a file is corrupted – we send a new link or a fixed file,
• you were charged twice for the same order – we refund the duplicate.

Use the contact form and include your order number.
