Court documents obtained by XXL (reported Nov 3) show the trial of Patrick Xavier Clark, accused of killing Takeoff in Houston in November 2022, now starts April 15, 2027. Jury selection had been set for Nov 5, 2026; no reason for the delay was given. Clark has pleaded not guilty.

Lil Durk was moved into solitary confinement at MDC Los Angeles on Friday, Oct 30, per TMZ; the Bureau of Prisons cited "privacy, safety, and security". His bond review is set for Wednesday, Nov 4.

A federal jury in Los Angeles acquitted Lil Durk of murder-for-hire and stalking resulting in death on Sep 11. He is still in custody on a separate VICAR and firearms case, where he is charged, not convicted. That trial moved to August 2027, and a bond review is set for Nov 4.
